Repairs

Machines are inspected for broken/missing parts prior to servicing. When a machine requires more than a basic tune-up because of broken/missing parts or timing issues, the customer will be contacted with the cost of the repair.

What a basic tune-up includes

A standard service includes the following key steps:

  1. Cleaning – Lint, dust, and stray threads are removed from the internal components to prevent buildup that can impair function.

  2. Lubrication – Old grease and oil are carefully removed, and fresh, high-quality lubricants are applied to ensure smooth movement of the mechanical parts.

  3. Inspection – All parts are inspected for signs of wear, damage, or misalignment. Any damaged components are flagged for repair or replacement.

  4. Tension Adjustment – The machine's tension settings are checked and fine-tuned for consistent and even stitching.

  5. Timing Check – The machine's timing, which governs the interaction between the needle and bobbin, is verified.
